Battery preheating: Activate by button and indicatorlight
As per FW1.7 I understand that preheating of battery takes place when destination is set to some specific chargers. It would be useful to have a way to manually activate this preheating function when approaching quick-chargers that is not on that list, and also display some message that the battery is being preheated.
