Google Assistant: Send commands to the car from Google Home

Add the possibility to send voice commands directly to my car from a Google Assistant device (Phone, Nest Home/Hub/Wifi device or similar). Supported functions could be to start the climate preconditioning, check battery level, lock the doors, etc.
